Maintenance Technician
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of company equipment and property including
- Parts
- Welding
- Fabrication
- oil sampling
- preventative maintenance
Material Handler
- Responsible for the handling and monitoring of materials necessary for production and related processes
- Performs and assists with various tasks from cleaning, sorting materials, preventative maintenance and repairs, stacking and strapping finished products for shipping and any other duties as needed
Desired Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of vocational training or industrial experience
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Ability to stand and sit for extended times, lift 75-100 lbs

Langboard OSB
Dryer Operator
The prime responsibility of the Dryer Operator is to safely operate the Wellons Furnace systems, Westec Dryer systems, thermal oil systems, associated fuel handling systems, including all facilities contained therein to supply heat to dry flakes and the thermal oil necessary to heat the press to manufacture quality OSB at competitive productivity levels while maintaining the lowest possible costs. He/She shall be responsible for keeping the dry flake storage bins full at all times.

The prime responsibility is to troubleshoot and repair all plant electrical and electronic equipment, including all levels of repair and maintenance.

Performs a variety of general and specific duties ranging from general housekeeping to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of assigned work area.

Press Operator
The prime responsibility of the Press operator is to safely operate the blending, forming and pressing area including all facilities contained therein to supply properly resonated wafers to the Forming Station, former and press mats required for the manufacture of quality OSB at competitive productivity levels while maintaining the lowest possible costs.

Process Analyst
The Process Analyst is responsible for checking on product quality and providing technical input to the total plant process to ensure the manufacture of quality product at the lowest possible manufacturing cost. The objectives are to determine all critical process setpoints and monitor the actual results are in accordance with the standards established.

Industrial Cutting Tools, Inc.
Band Saw Grinding Production – Carbide Grinding Production – Knife Department Production – ICT Pellet Department
- Responsible for operating grinder controls with supervision.
- Responsible for differentiating between various saw configurations.
- Responsible for cleaning and sharpening saws.
- Responsible for assisting with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Responsible for being present and on time for work each day.
- Maintain quality control.
Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED
Manual/Physical Skills: Must be mechanically inclined, ability to read a tape measure and ability to use a caliper and micrometer.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, ability to read and understand technical manuals and other info and ability to interpret computer generated reports.
Hours of Work: 40-Hour work week with additional overtime as needed.
Physical requirements: Substantial standing and walking required, ability to climb steps, ladders and on top of equipment, must have excellent vision, excellent manual dexterity skills and hand/eye coordination and ability to lift 50-70 pounds.

Kinderlou Forest
Line Cook
- Employee must be/ become familiar with all the daily operations of the kitchen and must be able to perform any task.
- Assist with organization and meal planning when required. Ensure that food if prepared properly.

Interior Door Assebler
Responsible for the handling and processing of materials necessary for production.
- Read order tickets.
- Pull components from inventory for production as specified on order tickets.
- Insure doors match order tickets.
- Operate nail gun.
- Operate pneumatic drill.
- Operate chop and rip saws.
- Use/read tape measure.
- Performs any and all additional duties as required by management
Physical Requirements:
- Substantial standing and walking.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to wood products.
- Must be able to lift 10-100 lbs.
- Use of body to bend, reach, stoop, pull and push.
- Must be able to work in all weather temperatures.
